Job Description

Our client, a family owned manufacturing business in the GTA is looking to bring on a Accounting Administrator onto their growing team.


* Reconcile Invoices and identify discrepancies
* Partner with management for dispute resolution, obtaining approvals, voucher processing and resolving invoice and receipt discrepancies
* Provide backup for weekly processing and reporting
* Update and maintain standard costing in the SAP accounting system
* participate in internal quarterly and annual audits
* Maintain billing process in a high-volume setting
* Provide business analysis reports on freight, material cost and labor rates


* Enrolled in Accounting, Finance or relevant Business Administration (Degree preferred)
* 2+ years of Accounting experience
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel / Word / PP / Outlook / SharePoint)
* Experience with SQL query run, SAP, and QuickBooks
* Familiarity with Finance Regulations
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Exceptional problem solving & analytical ability.
