This position provides support to our accountants/administration. You will field phone calls and emails, process and file paperwork, and maintain relationships with our vendors and clients.

  • Supports AP/AR for daily transactions and tasks.
  • Processes payments and obtains authorized signatures.
  • Reviews invoices to ensure they are correctly coded, properly authorized, and no overpayments or repeat payments are made.
  • Perform daily billing functions, generate invoices for mailing
  • Receive incoming checks and input in company accounting system.
  • Prepare bank deposits on a daily basis.
  • Prepares and processes payroll information.
  • Handles office activities to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supports standard clerical duties as assigned, including copying, mailing, and communicating with outside vendors.
  • Prepares necessary documents and supports management for general affairs-related tasks.
  • Troubleshoots internal/office-related issues.
  • Accounting related work for more than 1 -2 years preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Admin support or customer service experience.
  • MS Office skills(Excel・Word) / Microsoft Dynamics (Preference)
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • On-site position.
