Accountant

Highly successful and growing manufacturer near Marysville seeks a highly skilled and motivated Accountant. Managing and maintaining the company’s financial records and transactions across all three facilities and growing into a potential Assistant Controller down the road. Manufacturing experience is a must as WIP, purchasing of inventory, and costing are all important. QuickBooks is client's accounting system. Manage the Front Desk/Administrative

What experience you need:

• Own and maintain financial records so transactions are properly recorded.
• Own financial statements to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Resolve errors and inconsistencies in financial entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
• Reconcile credit cards and monthly bank statement with general ledger.
• Own depreciation schedule.
• Own month end close activities related to Inventory and COGs
• Own accounts receivables
• Own accounts payables
• Own payroll for 90 employees

What Skills you need

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor
