We are searching for an Accountant to join our client’s growing team.

Basic Functions:

  • Manage all aspects Accounts Receivable and credit worthiness of customers
  • Work with customers to keep DSO in an acceptable range
  • Sustain exceptional customer service and promote powerful partnerships
  • Assist in month-end close
  • Uphold proper control of our general ledger
  • Maintain ledger and fixed asset additions along with entries for depreciation, amortization, and write offs
  • Support Financial Analyst to generate all reporting and cost accounting projects
  • Provide assistance to payroll paying all state and local taxes


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • 2-5 years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer skills that include experience with all Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include scheduled and unscheduled overtime, and occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics, AS400 (PRMS))
  • Experience in launching new ERP
  • Desire to advance and relocate into a leadership role
  • Strong commitment to safety in all job aspects
  • Excellent attention to detail with focus on analytical and quantitative analysis and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively present financial information to operating management
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-motivated, task oriented, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively
