Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyze financial data and investigate variances
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Support audit requests and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and GAAP
  • Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems/ERP software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a mid-to-large size organization
  • Exposure to multi-entity or high-volume environments
