Seeking a mid-level accountant with a bachelors in Accounting along with 7-10 years accounting experience. Public accounting is a must.
Independently supports many different accounting share services for law firm clients: processes may include accounts payable/receivable/billing. Reconciles accounts to include cash accounts; analyzes financial statements and processes journal entries affecting financial statement segments / multiple clients/firms that the role/position is responsible for. Takes appropriate follow-up action to resolve any identified discrepancies in the accounting processes/system and general ledger accounts. Presents clear, organized and concise reports of findings, open items regarding variations in supporting processes, reconciliations, journal entries and account balances to internal Managers. This is for a growing and successful company.
