The Role:
As an Account Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in growing the sales division while managing an existing book of business worth upwards of $5M. This position requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on account management, including overseeing three project managers and fostering client relationships. You will be responsible for field sales, customer visits, and driving business growth by seeking out new opportunities while ensuring operational excellence. This hybrid role offers autonomy, requiring an on-site presence three days a week while giving you the flexibility to balance field visits and remote work. Strong project management, communication skills, and a passion for achieving results will be key to succeeding in this role.
