About the Role
Our client is a U.S.-focused company operating within the credit and financial data space, supporting credit automation and credit pull database solutions for mainland clients. Due to growth, they are expanding their finance team and seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support billing and collections operations.
This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with U.S.-based customers in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💼 Compensation: $40,000 base salary + benefits
What You’ll Do

Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on outstanding balances

Apply payments accurately (checks, ACH, e-checks, and credit cards)

Execute strategic collections efforts across assigned U.S. accounts

Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions and payment issues

Maintain accurate AR aging reports and detailed account records
-
Assist with month-end close related to accounts receivable
-
Support internal audits by providing AR documentation
-
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting
-
Strong understanding of AR processes and collections best practices
-
Experience working with accounting or billing systems (NetSuite preferred)
-
Intermediate Excel skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and time management
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus

Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining professionalism
