Associate Molecular Diagnostic Sales Representative – Southwest Territory (Austin/San Antonio Preferred)

A high-performing Southwest territory is adding an Associate to support a senior specialist due to sustained growth and expansion. This is a developmental role designed as a clear pathway into full territory ownership. The Associate will help protect high-volume existing business, increase face time with accounts, and drive new diagnostic volume across a multi-assay portfolio in a competitive, consultative selling environment. Travel averages ~1 overnight per week across Austin, San Antonio, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and El Paso.

Key Responsibilities & Highlights:

  • Partner with senior rep in a shared or divide-and-conquer territory model

  • Maintain and grow existing high-volume accounts

  • Generate new business and increase portfolio penetration

  • Sell multiple assays (not single-SKU transactional selling)

  • Operate in a volume-driven compensation model

  • Associate-level base + 30% commission opportunity
