The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling software products to C-Level Executives, builds relationships easily, and excels in a target driven environment.   • Be the point of contact for all customer account matters
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships
  • Develop relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Negotiate and close agreements
  • Develop business with existing or new clientele
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Work with the existing sales team to identify new growth opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery of the product to key customers
  • Prepare reports


  • Excellent customer service & selling skills, ability to develop relationships
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, or Key Account Manager
  • Able to deliver a strong sales presentation to key stakeholders at all levels including executive and C-level
  • Strong CRM software experience (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects with an eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Needs to have high personal integrity and be willing to take responsibility for their performance
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment, or experience selling training software is a nice to have
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or other relevant field is required
