The Account Manager works directly with the Board and residents in a very trusted role. The Account Manager is trusted with an association's income and expenses.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and speak with confidence
  • Ability to reconcile a check book
  • Ability to write clear and concise notes and action items.
  • Ability to research items/issues on the internet and through other avenues as needed to find workable solutions
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to de-escalate situations and handle unpleasant issues
  • Ability to work as an individual and as a member of a team
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure tasks are completed by given deadlines
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate Windows10
  • Ability to operate and navigate and Android or iOS tablet
  • Ability to multi-task
The successful candidate will:
  • possess a current and valid Driver's License
  • ability to pass random drug screen(s)
  • reliable transportation to get you to and from work daily
  • clean and presentable business casual clothes and closed toe shoes
This is a full time, 40+ hr per week position.
