Account Manager
The Account Manager works directly with the Board and residents in a very trusted role. The Account Manager is trusted with an association's income and expenses.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, and speak with confidence
- Ability to reconcile a check book
- Ability to write clear and concise notes and action items.
- Ability to research items/issues on the internet and through other avenues as needed to find workable solutions
- A positive attitude
- Ability to de-escalate situations and handle unpleasant issues
- Ability to work as an individual and as a member of a team
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure tasks are completed by given deadlines
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
- Ability to navigate Windows10
- Ability to operate and navigate and Android or iOS tablet
- Ability to multi-task
- possess a current and valid Driver's License
- ability to pass random drug screen(s)
- reliable transportation to get you to and from work daily
- clean and presentable business casual clothes and closed toe shoes
