Account Manager

Job Description

A growing organization in the digital printing space is seeking a driven Account Manager to develop new business across North America. This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying and closing new opportunities within industries such as packaging, label converting, logistics, and food/produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across a multi-state territory

  • Sell high-value capital equipment solutions (typically $200K–$500K per system)

  • Engage with plant-level stakeholders including owners, production managers, and operations leaders

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)

  • Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Ideal Background:

  • 5–10 years of sales experience

  • Experience in labels, packaging, printing, or related capital equipment preferred

  • Strong prospecting (“hunter”) mentality with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Details:

  • Travel: ~50%

  • Compensation: ~$180K OTE (base + commission)

  • Company vehicle provided

  • Valid driver’s license and passport required
