Account Manager
A growing organization in the digital printing space is seeking a driven Account Manager to develop new business across North America. This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying and closing new opportunities within industries such as packaging, label converting, logistics, and food/produce.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across a multi-state territory

Sell high-value capital equipment solutions (typically $200K–$500K per system)

Engage with plant-level stakeholders including owners, production managers, and operations leaders

Deliver presentations and product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)

Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Ideal Background:
-
5–10 years of sales experience

Experience in labels, packaging, printing, or related capital equipment preferred

Strong prospecting (“hunter”) mentality with the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Additional Details:

Travel: ~50%

Compensation: ~$180K OTE (base + commission)

Valid driver’s license and passport required
