If so, you might be a great fit for the Event Operations Manager position available in the Nashville area. This is a new position being created to help keep up with growth and business and this company has a proven track record of success for nearly three decades.

You Will:

  • Work across a variety of event types: transportation coordination, décor, teambuilding, dine-arounds, entertainment, gifting, and more.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development alongside sales and design teams.
Note: This is a remote plus travel position

Position Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ related experience in conference/corporate event planning
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • 3rd party or Destination Management preferred
  • Demonstrate previous high-level experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Software
  • Demonstrated ability in developing strategies for effective program operations
  • Creativity and strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to monthly for tradeshows, site visits, program execution and industry events
Compensation Package: $72,000 - $82,000, plus uncapped commission (est $5 - $10k for first year), year end bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, IT package, Flexible PTO and much more!
