In This Role, You Will:
- Build and grow strong relationships with your customers
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for expansion
- Negotiate rates and develop pricing strategies that drive profitability
- Provide proactive communication and real-time problem-solving on every shipment
- Master our client’s TMS (McLeod), Google tools, and customer portals to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless load execution and on-time delivery

- Experience in transportation/logistics is preferred but not required — attitude is everything
