Position Overview

We are seeking a professional to manage Employee Benefits programs for Japanese corporate clients. This role offers a high level of autonomy, operating with responsibilities similar to those of an Account Executive, and requires independent ownership of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain both existing and newly assigned client accounts
  • Lead renewal processes, including plan review, negotiations, and adjustments
  • Provide consultative guidance and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Independently oversee client relationships with significant discretion and accountability
  • No proactive sales or business development activities required

Required Qualifications

  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency with deep understanding of Japanese business culture
  • Prior experience working at a Japanese insurance brokerage is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
