Position Overview
We are seeking a professional to manage Employee Benefits programs for Japanese corporate clients. This role offers a high level of autonomy, operating with responsibilities similar to those of an Account Executive, and requires independent ownership of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain both existing and newly assigned client accounts
- Lead renewal processes, including plan review, negotiations, and adjustments
- Provide consultative guidance and strategic recommendations to clients
- Independently oversee client relationships with significant discretion and accountability
- No proactive sales or business development activities required
Required Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency with deep understanding of Japanese business culture
- Prior experience working at a Japanese insurance brokerage is required
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits strongly preferred
- Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
