What You’ll Do:

  • Bring and grow your own book of steel customers, focused on tube, plate, or fabricated steel sales

  • Manage all aspects of your customer relationships with full operational support

  • Represent a highly respected processor/distributor with deep inventory and broad capabilities

  • Work from anywhere in the U.S. – this is a remote, production-focused sales role

Ideal Candidate:

  • Brings a portable book of at least 1,000 tons/month

  • Experience in steel distribution, fabrication, or tube/plate markets

  • Deep industry relationships and a reputation for reliability

  • Self-managed and motivated by performance-driven compensation

  • Values partnership, service, and long-term growth over quick wins

Compensation Structure:

  • Strong base salary based on experience and book size

  • Base functions as a monthly draw – it resets each month and is never clawed back

  • Uncapped commission based on monthly revenue:

    • 1.0% for flat-rolled steel sales

    • 1.5% for tube sales

    • 2.0% for fabrication sales
