Territory: South Dakota & North Dakota
The Account Executive will primarily be responsible for orchestrating the sales process from lead identification, prospects will build and forge strong related new business, maintain and grow existing client accounts and ensure sales strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting company products and services. He/sonships throughout their respective geographic responsibility and represent company Services professionally in all client and prospect interactions.
The AE will also develop and implement agreed upon sales strategies which will focus on meeting both personal and business goals of expanding customer base and growing revenue, including achieving assigned revenue targets in their territory. The AE will serve as the primary contact with all accounts in a defined territory and provide updates and sales reports to the Regional Sales Director (RSD) regarding territory status, including forecasts, sales proposals, and business reviews. The AE will demonstrate leadership within their peer group and lead by example to Sales Associates.They consider strong B2B candidates looking to break into medical sales.Hungry, hunter mentality with a strong track record of success
- 4-10* years of documented successful sales experience
- Ability to maintain existing business while successfully hunting for new business at the same time
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or health related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ~150k at plan dependent upon experience, with uncapped commission
