Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager a non-asset, freight forwarder provider with a range of services including Domestic Truck Brokerage and NVOCC Import Export Freight Management Services company.

The Account Executive is responsible for the complete sales process including prospecting, calling, lead generation, sourcing new business opportunities, pricing, closing, and managing a book of business. Will secure revenue using referrals, leads, and cold calls while building relationships with customers to secure predictable, repeatable revenue. Responsible for drawing on unique competencies to demonstrate how the business can be beneficial to the customer. Challenge is to increase revenues and maximize profitability.

Background Required:
  • Brokerage sales and business development (2+ years)
  • Strong Selling Skills (Hunter mentality)
  • Modes of transportation (TL, Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Drayage)
  • Verifiable growth track record
  • Strong Negotiation Ability
  • Pricing and Margin Integrity
  • Developed and executed business plan strategies
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Suite: Power Point, Word, Excel)
  • Residence: Nashville, TN / Jacksonville, FL / Atlanta, GA
