Responsible for prospecting and closing net new business

Skills qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle (prospecting to close) sales experience with B2B
Self Starter, Organized, High Motivation, Disciplined Execution, Resilience
Strong hunter mentality, ability to develop pipeline via outbound lead generation
Supply chain & logistics sales experience
Track record of success and evidence top performance in past roles
Demonstrable track record of success in developing your own qualified pipeline through cold calling and prospecting
Experience running an enterprise sales process
Experience leading a complex sales cycle
Experience and ability to navigate and work with multiple stakeholders
Professional sales methodology (Challenger, Consultative, Miller Heiman, Force Management, MEDDPICC, Sandler, Solution, SPIN, Value Selling)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be productive in a slow-paced environment
Comfortable working in an environment of constant change (supply chain and logistics)
