Focus:

  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling and email campaigns, to generate new business opportunities within the immigration law sector.
  • Present compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of their new product.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to effectively manage and prioritize inbound leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in a timely manner, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Serve as a product expert, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet the specific requirements of potential clients.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including interactions, follow-ups, and deal status updates.
  • Work closely with the customer support and success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position the company’s products in the marketplace.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
  • 3 years or less of business development experience, preferably in a high-volume prospecting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply strategic sales concepts quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and results driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
