Job Description
Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Online education and career development platform offering a flexible, mentor-driven learning experience designed around real-world outcomes
- Pairs students with industry expert advisors and mentors to provide personalized, project-based learning at their own pace
- Focused on preparing learners for in-demand careers through hands-on curriculum built around practical, employer-relevant skills
- Serves a broad and growing community of students, mentors, and alumni with a strong emphasis on student success and ongoing support
- Positioned in the growing online education and workforce development market with a differentiated approach built on personalization and career readiness
- Generate your own pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, conference presence, and relationship development with hospital and health system leadership
- Sell health workforce development programs to enterprise buyers including COOs, VPs of Operations, CHROs, VPs of Workforce Development, Chief Nurse Executives, and CFOs
- Run the full sales cycle independently from first outreach through contract execution; manage multi-stakeholder, multi-party purchase processes across operations, HR, finance, and clinical leadership simultaneously
- Convert initial pilot programs into annual and multi-year contracts; build the account relationships that drive expansion and renewal over time
- Iterate on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and pitch alongside the General Manager; contribute to the commercial playbook rather than inherit one
- Travel approximately 50% for events, conferences, and client meetings; be present in the market and visible to the health system buyers you serve
- Target a book of approximately 8 to 10 deals per year with a strong annual quota; be motivated by the direct relationship between your effort and your compensation
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated drive, grit, and persistence; a high sense of urgency and a track record of making things happen without waiting for structure or direction
- Experience selling to hospital or health system buyers including operations leadership (COO, VP of Operations), HR leadership (CHRO, VP of Workforce Development), and clinical operations; familiarity with how these organizations buy and who holds the budget
- Comfort running complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in a startup or early-stage environment; experience navigating MSAs and formal procurement processes with health systems
- Self-sufficiency and entrepreneurial orientation; thrives when building rather than inheriting; comfortable operating without a formalized sales infrastructure
- Experience selling outsourced services, clinical services, workforce solutions, program management, or training and upskilling into healthcare is the right background; the subject matter can be learned, the selling motion cannot
- Located near a hub airport with the ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
- World-class medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
- Flexible work hours and vacation policy
- Beautiful offices in San Francisco and Bengaluru
- Professional development and learning budgets
- Pre-tax savings accounts
- Ergonomic desk setup and noise-canceling headphones
- Access to our courses
- Company offsites once a year
- Free catered lunches and healthy snacks
