Our position is formally titled Account Executive or Executive Recruiter.
Our company is Sandias Executive Search, an award-winning, employee-owned, Albuquerque-based recruiting firm. We just celebrated our 27th anniversary and collectively have nearly 120 years’ experience in this fast-paced industry.
As an Account Executive or Executive Recruiter you would develop business with hiring managers and introduce them to talented professionals. That’s how you would be an Inside Sales Trailblazer!

Qualifications required:
- Sales experience, especially Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
- Cold calling experience.
- Skilled at building relationships on the phone.
- A Let’s-Make-Things-Happen mentality.
- Currently residing in Albuquerque.
- Able to work on-site in our beautiful office, close to restaurants, services and parks.
