Job Description
Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Mission: Make fertility treatments more accessible and affordable.
- Covers a wide range of fertility-related medical services.
- Provides premium member services like bill pay management and personalized RN care coaching.
- Aims to remove financial and logistical barriers to help individuals and couples grow their families.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of pre-screened leads from outreach to closed loan contracts.
- Conduct daily patient consultations via phone/video to present offerings and guide financing options.
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, follow-up, needs assessment, objection handling, and closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates in Salesforce and progress leads through all stages.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for consultations, closed loans, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, care, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Rapidly onboard, adopt tools, and ramp to quota in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume, consultative, or healthcare-related environment
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing a complex pipeline
- Salesforce expertise and comfort with learning new platforms and internal tools quickly
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport in a 15-minute consultative call structure
- Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable—able to thrive with autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Deep empathy and understanding of the emotional aspects of the fertility journey
- Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals and hitting targets
- Empathetic and mission-driven, with a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives
- Adaptable and quick-thinking in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Experience in the fertility or healthcare sector is highly preferred
- Startup or growth-stage experience is a plus
