CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is collaborating with a client in central Nassau County, NY to find a Account Executive with strong sales and customer service experience. This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week in Nassau County, NY, with the potential for remote work 2 days a week after acclimation (approximately 2-6 months).

Responsibilities

• Case management; administration for arbitration and/or mediation
• Maintain consistent communication with clients assigned, verbally and on site
• Record sales and service activity; attend sales and training meetings as well as special events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws and ethical principles.

Skills and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Paralegal certificate.
• Experience in the legal industry (litigation preferred) or ADR industry or judicial system.
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Current driver’s license and insured automobile
