Do you have a passion for selling high profile, corporate events and unique experiences? Do you thrive in a collaborative, team environment that rewards hard work and results? If so, you might be a great fit for the Account Executive position available in the Santa Barbara area. This company is adding on additional team members to keep up with growth and has a proven track record of more than 30 years of success in the event planning and destination management industries.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hospitality event sales
  • Corporate event / meeting planning experience
  • 3rd party events and/or DMC experience a plus
  • Enjoys cold-calling and having a "hunter" approach when necessary
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Ability to travel locally 25-35% of the time for client meetings and site visits
  • Local to Ventura County or Santa Barbara area

Compensation Package: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary plus sales commission (uncapped and averages $20-25k annually), and comprehensive health benefits, 401k, Flexible Vacation Time and much more!
