Position Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and close net-new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-value deals.
  • Engage with C-suite executives (CIOs, CMIOs, CMOs) to articulate the value of the solutions.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with sales development resources while taking full ownership of the sales funnel.
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, iterative environment with bi-weekly product releases.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully selling in the healthcare industry, ideally with experience in healthcare IT or EHR solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to C-suite executives, particularly CIOs, CMIOs, and CMOs.
  • Strong closing ability, with a history of managing and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Open to change and quick to adapt to new products and market conditions.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare IT terminology.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
Compensation $160k, Full healthcare benefits, including medical, vision, and dental. Unlimited vacation.
