Job Description
Client Summary:

- Leading provider of value-based care technology solutions
- Helps healthcare organizations transition from volume-based to value-based incentives
- SaaS platform enables seamless collaboration between health plans and provider organizations
- Optimizes performance in HEDIS, risk adjustment, and population health management
- Drive new business development, focusing on selling SaaS solutions to health plans and provider organizations.
- Develop and execute complex sales strategies for engaging payers and providers in value-based care initiatives.
- Align healthcare organizations to enhance collaboration between payers and providers for improved patient outcomes.
- Effectively communicate the impact of HEDIS measures, risk adjustment, and quality performance on value-based contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to contract negotiations and closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that address the unique needs of healthcare clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of value-based care trends, risk contracts, and industry regulations to position this company as a thought leader.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling complex healthcare software solutions, preferably at the AE3 level.
- Strong background in selling to health plans, with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
- Deep understanding of value-based care, risk adjustment, and HEDIS measures.
- Ability to engage providers and payers in strategic discussions about value-based contracting.
- Familiarity with risk contracts and payer-provider collaboration models.
- At least 10 years of healthcare industry experience, with a focus on value-based care transformation.
