Position: Account Executives serve as the primary driver of new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective banks and credit unions (Sub-$2 billion in assets) in an assigned geography. Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and close. Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR and drive revenue growth.

Location: In office in Palo Alto, CA or Remote Office, Major US city

Travel: 30-50% for sales meetings, conferences

Requirements:

• 5+ years selling to banks and credit unions
• ideal candidates have experience with CCaaS, Core Processing, Digital Banking, Digital Communications, conversational baking, customer engagement platforms, conversational AI, Customer Interaction Technology, Chatbots, Virtual assistants
• Sales Methodology Training: MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Value Selling Framework, Sandler, Command of the Message, Target Account Selling
• Skilled in using generative AI tools to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and preparedness for sales presentations, meetings and pipeline management.
