As an Account Executive Mid-Market focused on public sector engagements, you will spearhead relationship development and drive account growth across a multistate territory. Focus:
- Initiate high-volume outreach strategies to identify and connect with public sector decision-makers, cultivating interest and setting strategic sales meetings.
- Conduct in-depth discussions to uncover operational needs and challenges, presenting tailored solutions that meet real-world demands.
- Manage your book of business through a structured pipeline, using CRM tools to accurately forecast revenue, set goals, and plan next steps.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that communicate measurable value, address concerns, and drive solution adoption.
- Partner closely with internal support teams to ensure new clients are effectively onboarded and positioned for long-term success.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen account value.
- Share field intelligence and client feedback with marketing and product development teams to help refine go-to-market approaches.
- Participate in advanced training sessions (e.g., SANDLER or equivalent), continuously improving your sales acumen and market knowledge.
- Travel quarterly within your territory to strengthen client rapport and capture first-hand feedback to inform relationship strategy.
