Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Operates a technology platform focused on improving how healthcare organizations manage complex commercial and supply processes.
- Aims to reduce friction, cost, and operational burden across regulated workflows.
- Uses modern, cloud-based technology to streamline procurement, compliance, and transactions.
- Serves multiple stakeholder groups with role-specific tools and integrations.
- Founded to address inefficiencies observed in traditional industry models.
- Supports adoption through flexible deployment and partnership-driven growth.
- Relies on strong industry relationships and domain expertise to drive expansion.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close health system customers.
- Build and expand relationships with senior pharmacy executives—Chief Pharmacy Officers, VPs of Pharmacy, Directors of Pharmacy, and 340B leaders.
- Create pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with leadership, customer success, and product to ensure value delivery and market growth.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales goals (targeting ~$1M ARR in year one).
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and activity tracking in HubSpot.
- Travel as needed to meet prospects and attend key industry conferences/trade shows.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling technology or solutions to hospitals or health systems. (We’re open to fewer years for exceptional performers with a track record of exceeding a $1M annual quota).
- Strong relationships and demonstrated success engaging senior pharmacy executives and 340B program leaders.
- Proven ability to manage sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including pharmacy, IT, and finance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Experience with 340B split-billing, pharmacy procurement, or related healthcare technology preferred.
