Job Description
Tasks
The resources must complete the following tasks, which includes but is not limited to:
- Analyzing, processing, researching and preparing responses to a sensitive Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) request, including scanning of documents, severing of information and conforming to the file formatting and naming conventions.
- Applying the exemption or exclusion of information to be released
- Reviewing sensitive/complex files
- Engaging with internal stakeholders as necessary
- Ensure that any electronic documents created are provided in accessible formats where applicable, and compatible with Government of Canada accessibility requirements.
M2- The proposed resource must clearly demonstrate a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the past 7 years, applying the provisions of the Access to Information Act and/or the Privacy Act, including exemptions, exclusions, and severances.
M2- The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of 4 years’ experience coordinating the retrieval of records from multiple Offices of Primary Interest (OPIs) in support of ATIP requests within the past 7 years
