AR Specialist

Our client, in Manchester, NH, has an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated AR Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant AR and business-consumer experience.

Role: AR Specialist (Temp-Hire)

Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)

Pay: $28-$30/hour

Scheduled: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Premise: As an AR Specialist, you will act as the liaison between production and the client to ensure that project payments are being maintained

Job Duties:

• Work with the production department to ensure on-time payments are being made
• Process daily ACH and credit card transactions
• Review and processing of invoices daily through company CRM system
• Must be able to speak directly with clients regarding payment status
• Collect on outstanding customer payments, as needed (5% of job)

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant AR experience required
• Must have a customer service mindset
• Minimum of a 2 year degree preferred (not required)
• Experience with QuickBooks (Online) and CRM software preferred (not required)
