- We are looking for someone to assist with AP, AR, bank reconciliations and v-look ups in excel.
- Maintain key accounting records and financial reports
- Enter in invoices, prepare checks, file and mail them
- Ensure bank deposits are filed accurately
- Send AR aging reports out
- Create and calculate monthly sales tax spreadsheet along with filing sales tax with the state
- Prepare delinquent reporting and make collection calls on those accounts
- Download, reconcile and file monthly credit card statements
- MS Office Suite with EXCEL and any ERP systems
