AP Specialist

Raven Ridge has an immediate opening for an AP Specialist in Dover, NH. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience.

Role: AP Specialist (Temp-Hire)

Pay: $26-$28/hour
Location: Dover, NH (On-Site)

Job Duties:

• Match, process and enter all AP invoices
• Weely check runs
• Ensure all transactions comply company policies
• Assist in the development of new procedures
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external vendors by resolving all disputes or claims in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete annual 1099 processing under the guidance of the Director of Finance

Requirements:

• 3- 5 years relevant accounts payable experience in a demanding environment.
• Proficient in data entering accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Associate’s degree in accounting or relevant experience.
