AP Coordinator

CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our valued client in their search for an AP Coordinator in Montgomery County, PA. The AP Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of invoices and employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and efficient transaction flows.

100% onsite

Responsibilities

  • Review, code, and process supplier invoices and staff expense reports.
  • Route transactions for approval, ensuring timely processing.
  • Vendor set up and communication. Maintaining accurate vendor information within accounting and expense management system.
  • Review, reconcile and validate invoices, and/or billing statements for accuracy
  • Assist employees with questions regarding invoice and expense submission procedures.
  • Identify expenses that fall outside of policy for further review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting support experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Experience with accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Ramp, or equivalent systems preferred.

Salary range: $55,000-$65,000/year depending on experience.
