AP / Purchasing STAFF ACCOUNTANT - Alpharetta
Duties
- Month-end close tasks including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and associated ledgers
- Financial Analysis of assigned accounts
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Execution and documentation of internal controls over financial reporting
- Ad-hoc assignments including cross-functional projects with finance, operations, information technology, sales, marketing, legal, human resources, treasury, tax, engineering, and strategy teams
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting from a four-year college/university
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel
- 1-2 Years experience
