Purpose:
The AMC National Sales Executive is responsible for growing the business nationwide by identifying new prospects, securing new business opportunities, and leveraging existing client relationships. This role plays a key part in driving overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, conducting research to evaluate market opportunities and prioritize targets.
• Strengthen client relationships by providing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify and propose product or service enhancements based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Stay current with industry developments through workshops, publications, and professional networking.
• Regularly update management on pipeline status, client acquisition, and retention efforts.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service with no complaints.
• Adhere to all compliance and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain positive working relationships.
• Attend work reliably and punctually, managing tasks and appointments with minimal errors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with established industry relationships.
• Proven ability to manage and execute a sales pipeline, preferably using a CRM tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience and confidence.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Strong follow-up, follow-through, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technologies.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Work Environment & Expectations:
• Up to 50% travel for client visits and industry events.
• Typical hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (adjustments may occur based on business needs).
• Predictable and consistent attendance required.
