We are looking for an AI Engineer to work for our Cleveland client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms
• Work with large datasets to build predictive analytics and machine learning models
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven business solutions
• Monitor and enhance AI model performance and accuracy
• Ensure AI models comply with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related AI frameworks
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning principles
• Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Palantir experience is required
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
