ADP Payroll Specialist/SME
Our client is a non-profit Health Care organization with four locations in the greater Waterloo Kitchener area is seeking a contract ADP Payroll Specialist/SME.
In 2024, they implemented the ADP Payroll, HRIS, Time and Attendance systems for regular and union staff.
They wish to make systems changes and improvements, new reports, plus integrate with third party Benefits management system.
The ADP Payroll Specialist/SME will lead the analysis and then execute the system, configuration, table and workflow changes required.
They are looking for a hands-on ADP HRIS/Payroll systems implementation expert.
The ADP Payroll Specialist/SME will initially do a 'AS IS' assessment to document current ADP system and process, provide - approx. 4 weeks.
Work with management and staff to work out what needs correcting, prepare tasks, project charter and schedule the 'To Be' state.
Then execute: implement changes & improvements, re-configure tables and work flows.
Contract will likely be 4-6 months, possibly a little longer.
Work will be on-site initially but bulk of work can be completed remotely with occasional visits
Requirements:
8+ years experience in Payroll and HRIS system implementation, setup, migration/upgrade and support.
Expert knowledge of the ADP Payroll, HRIS, Time system internal - system config files, table set, etc.
Proven experience with ADP system set up and configuration, tables, workflows - hands-on work.
Excellent verbal communications - able to present to senior management
Strong written communication / documentation skills.
Good skills with MS Office, email, Crystal Reports and MS Excel.
