RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter jobs in Operating System – Generate Purchase Orders and Service/Work Orders
  • Provide COIS and W9s to customers
  • Set up new Subcontractors in the system
  • Assist with generating contracts, proposals and gathering pricing as needed
  • Order necessary materials/equipment and internal inventory management
  • Manage Office Phone Line and Vendor Relations
  • Liaison between all departments
  • Manage CRM Pipeline
