They are searching for a rock star Director of Inpatient Services to join their team!
The Director of Inpatient Services will be responsible for multiple units; Critical Care, Intermediate Care Unit, Med/Surg, and Behavioral Health units. This Director of Inpatient Services will be responsible for global oversight and leadership, assuring compliance with the philosophy, policies and procedures of the hospital. The director of Inpatient services will also comply with all regulatory agencies and the standards while promoting innovation and/or improvement in the provision of nursing care. Collaborates with providers to facilitate best care and integration of best practice standards while fostering teamwork. Assumes 24-hour responsibility, authority, and accountability for patient care activities and service operation.
Requirements:
- BSN Required
- Masters preferred
- RN License in the state of MA
- 4+ years progressive leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting required
