ACCOUNTANT

In Solo Talento we are collaborating with a multinational health company that is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join their Finance team.

This role will be essential in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, payroll, suppliers, etc.).
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management and follow-up.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Implement key processes within the organization to ensure financial control
• Manage relationship with external auditors and main financial institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent skills in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Experience with implementation of ERP systems.
• Experience within companies with international expansion.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous work in multinational environments and start-ups.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
