  • Collaborating on the development of Creative Briefs for Strategy and Creative projects and New Business proposals
  • Collaborating with Sales, Communications and Creative teams to inform creative concepts and big ideas that are realisable
  • Managing content and media development and directing the work of part-time resources
  • Managing and developing creative assets for 2D / 3D creative presentations
  • Finding and sharing sources of innovative design and creative concepts
  • Working within project teams to develop approved Creative through development and production phases


The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience in a 3D modeling/Design
  • Proficient in industry standard tools like Cinema4D, Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and Indesign) AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp and Unreal
  • Expert Knowledge in illustrating amazing 3D environments applying development processes from modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering setup to post-production
  • Strong knowledge of visual modular construction and assembly techniques, lighting, colour theory, composition, graphics and post process effects
  • Experience managing content and media development and directing the work of part-time resources
  • Proficiency with asset organization and adherence to naming conventions
  • Comfortable with concept development with the ability to drive ideas to visual presentation
  • Excellent communication skills to present ideas in a clear concise manner and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and within a team to meet tight deadlines
  • Multi-task and work on various projects at any given time
