JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a MAINTENANCE TECH III in PIEDMONT, SC. Our client is a manufacturing facility that supports the automotive industry.

Responsibilities of a MAINTENANCE TECH III includes:

  • Responsible for plant equipment and preventative maintenance
  • Responsible for lock out/tag out system and confined space entry system
  • Understands company’s Maintenance Escalation Plan and maintains repair and replacement inventory list
  • Program and troubleshoot industrial machines
  • Responsible for waste treatment equipment calls as needed
  • Responsible for equipment breakdown and repair calls
  • Available to assist as 24-hour first responder for after hour breakdowns (via cell phone)
  • Understands maintenances’ importance in supporting WT and production activities
  • Self reliance and the ability to take on leadership responsibilities

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

  • High School/ GED required
  • Mechatronics Certification (Preferred)
  • 8 years' Maintenance experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Electrical maintenance
  • CMMS experience required
