Responsibilities:

Major poultry producer has an immediate need for a second shift Receiving Team Leader (Supervisor). Individual will:
  • Train, direct and develop hourly employees
  • Ensure quality of finished product
  • Define and implement new methods of production to improve efficiency
Requirements:

Successful candidate will have previous food and supervisory experience. Individuals applying should meet one of the following criteria:
  • BS plus 2 years of supervisory experience in food processing
  • AA plus 3-4 years of supervisory experience in food processing
  • 6 or more years of supervisory experience in poultry processing.
  • Previous Cut Up experience strongly preferred
In addition, individual should be familiar with HACCP, SPC and plant efficiencies as it relates to yield, lbs./birds pmh, line speeds and automatic process equipment.

BILINGUAL: ENGLISH/CREOLE OR ENGLISH/FRENCH IS A BIG PLUS
