Quality Technician (CMM)

2nd Shift Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am
(Shift differential offered)

Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a Quality Technician with CMM experience for a precision manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a quality professional who enjoys working with detailed inspections and supporting high-accuracy production in a job shop setting.

Position Overview

This position supports inspection activities for aerospace components using CMM equipment and other measurement methods. You’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to verify part quality and ensure specifications are met.

Candidates should be comfortable performing dimensional inspections, reviewing technical drawings, and documenting results. This environment involves inspecting a variety of parts rather than repetitive production checks.

Preferred Background

• CMM inspection experience (operation or programming)

• Manufacturing or machine shop quality background (aerospace strongly preferred)

• Comfortable reading technical drawings and understanding tolerances

• Familiarity with precision measurement concepts

• Strong attention to detail and documentation

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience with quality systems or inspection software is a plus.
