Quality Technician – Airflow

2nd Shift Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am
(Shift differential offered)

Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a Quality Technician with airflow testing experience for a precision manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a quality professional who enjoys hands-on inspection work and supporting high-accuracy production in a job shop setting.

Position Overview

This position supports quality activities related to airflow testing and dimensional inspection of aerospace components. You’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to verify part performance and ensure specifications are met.

Candidates should be comfortable performing airflow evaluations, reviewing technical documentation, and recording inspection results. This environment involves testing a variety of parts rather than repetitive production checks.

Preferred Background

• Airflow testing or quality inspection experience

• Manufacturing or machine shop quality background (aerospace strongly preferred)

• Comfortable reading technical drawings and understanding tolerances

• Familiarity with precision measurement concepts

• Strong attention to detail and documentation

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience with inspection software or quality systems is a plus.
