Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a CNC Campbell Grinder Operator for a precision machining environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a grinder or machinist with CNC grinding experience who enjoys working on high-precision components in a job shop setting.
Position Overview
This role supports CNC Campbell grinding operations for aerospace components requiring tight tolerances and consistent surface finishes. You’ll work with advanced grinding equipment as part of a skilled manufacturing team focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Candidates should be comfortable setting up grinding jobs, monitoring machine performance, and performing in-process measurements. This environment involves rotating parts and changing setups rather than repetitive production.
Preferred Background

CNC grinding experience (Campbell experience strongly preferred)

Experience setting up grinding jobs and adjusting offsets

Comfortable working from technical drawings

Experience using precision measuring tools

Manufacturing or machine shop background (aerospace strongly preferred)

Basic shop math and mechanical aptitude

Familiarity with CNC controls helpful

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Trade school or equivalent hands-on machining experience accepted.
