Executive Search Associates is seeking a Director of Regional Patient Access (Meditech) to support patient access initiatives across multiple hospital sites in Illinois. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic projects, optimize systems and protocols, and drive performance within revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities

• Implement patient access projects aligned with strategic business goals.
• Develop and standardize processes, protocols, policies, and systems.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor and support performance improvement across access departments.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency in patient-facing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–6 years of experience in Patient Access or Business Office roles
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage implementation efforts

Preferred:
• Project Management experience
• PMP or Revenue Cycle Certification
