Salary: Up to $83,200 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate automated CNC lathes and mills precisely according to specifications.
• Set up machines for production runs and ensure tooling accuracy.
• Make adjustments and offsets to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and ensure dimensions meet the technical drawings.
• Implement and document quality checks and maintenance protocols.
• Use various measuring instruments (gauges, micrometers, calipers) to validate product dimensions and integrity.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Address and troubleshoot machining or production issues.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and propose efficiency enhancements.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years experience in operating and setting up CNC lathes or mills.
• Proficient understanding of blueprints, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and G&M codes.
• Ability to efficiently use various measurement tools and instruments.
• Commitment to high-quality output and precision.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Residency within 45 minutes of Big Bend, Wisconsin.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high precision components used in military or aerospace applications is highly desirable.
• Training in Lean Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Technical certification or advanced training in CNC machining or related fields.
• Familiarity with advanced CNC programming.
